Payments and payouts

When you buy or sell paid board access, we may process:

• Transaction identifiers (for example, checkout session and payment intent IDs)
• Amount, currency, and payment status
• Which board was purchased and which account unlocked it
• Curator payout status (for example, whether Stripe charges are enabled on a connected account)

We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. Stripe collects and processes card, identity verification, and bank details directly when you pay or set up payouts.

We use your data to:

• Provide and run the service
• Process purchases, refunds, and curator payouts
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and payment disputes
• Improve the product
• Keep your account secure
• Communicate important updates
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations where applicable

We do not sell your data.

Stripe acts as our payment processor and, for curator payouts, as a service provider for connected accounts. Stripe may process personal data in countries outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.

These providers only process data on our behalf or as described above.

Your data is stored securely.

We keep it only for as long as needed to provide the service, or until you delete your account.
