Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Attempting to disrupt or abuse the service

Everything you create on Spacecura - including boards, links, and notes - belongs to you.

By using the service, you give us permission to store, display, and organise your content so the product works as intended. If you choose to share boards publicly, they may be visible to others.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Curators may offer paid access to boards. When you purchase access, you pay a one-time fee to unlock the full collection on Spacecura.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Spacecura facilitates checkout and access, but the curated content is provided by the curator who published the board. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency set for that board. A platform fee may be deducted from each sale before the remainder is paid out to the curator.

Access is personal and tied to your Spacecura account. It is not transferable and does not grant ownership of the curator's content.

If you enable paid boards, you must complete Stripe payout onboarding and keep your payout details accurate and up to date.

Payout timing, holds, and eligibility are determined by Stripe and applicable law. Spacecura may delay, withhold, or offset payouts where permitted to cover refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these terms.

You are responsible for the boards you sell, including their accuracy, legality, and compliance with third-party rights. Do not list unlawful, misleading, or infringing paid content.

You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from sales through Spacecura. We may provide transaction records, but we do not provide tax advice.

Refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy. Please read that policy before purchasing.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, we may suspend or revoke access to the affected board while the matter is resolved.

For billing issues, contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible. Chargebacks are handled under card-network and Stripe rules.

We aim to keep Spacecura running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may change, improve, or evolve over time.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Spacecura is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
