Refund Policy
Paid board purchases on Spacecura are generally final. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to get help with a billing issue.
One-time purchases
Paid boards are sold as one-time digital access. When checkout completes successfully, your Spacecura account is granted access to the full collection.
Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
When we may issue a refund
We may approve a refund at our discretion, or where required by law, if:
- You were charged more than once for the same board
- Payment succeeded but access was not granted due to a technical fault
- The purchase was fraudulent or made without your authorisation
- Another exceptional circumstance applies under applicable consumer law
Refund decisions may involve review with Stripe and the curator who published the board.
If a refund is issued
When a refund is processed, access to the affected board may be revoked. Any platform and processing fees already incurred may be deducted where permitted.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before starting a chargeback. Chargebacks are handled under card-network and Stripe rules and may take time to resolve.
How to request help
Email hello@spacecura.com with your Spacecura account email, the board you purchased, and the date of payment. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
